Player Application Form

Below I've attached a blank copy of our Player Application Format

Simply copy the blank application below into a new thread under the 'Submitted' tab and fill out the questions, then post it under the subject of "[MC Name]'s Player Application."

It'll then be reviewed by a member of our server's Community Team.

Your application will be reviewed and judged to be one of three things:

Accepted:

When your application is accepted it will be moved to the accepted sub-forum and you will be whitelisted onto the server.

Pending:

If your application is marked as pending, you will be given a list of reasons as to why and how to fix them. Expect to be contacted by a member of the Community Team for further instructions, be that on your application itself, or through direct messages. Your application will be marked Pending for a total of 72 hours before it is automatically Denied.

Denied:

If your application is marked as Denied than it has been deemed not up to community standards, or if an application has been deemed as abandoned.

Section 2: Roleplay Questions
1.In order to ensure fair and proper roleplay there are a few terms we’d like you to be aware of. For each term, define the term and give an example where it may apply:

Section 3: Character Information
1.What is your character’s name, age, race, and gender?

2.In a few short sentences, please describe both your character’s physical appearance (Height, Hair Colour, Eye Colour, etc.) and their personality (ie. their temperament and core motivations).
