Origin
These playful creatures are a natural small fae that were seemingly dropped upon the world without much rhyme or reason, blessed by the Goddess Jadasyl. These small creatures made by the touch and pull of nature itself, having very little purpose outside of their playful ways bringing small glee to mortal life. Behavior
The Meensk are very playful, loving creatures, often found in heavily wooded forests and rarely in swamps. This small squirrel-like creature will often be sat in high rising trees, often letting out small squeaks and chirps which serves as the Meensk’s namesake.An apparent ability these small Fae creatures possess, once they hear a voice of any mortal being, they are capable of replicating it for around 1 narrative month, until they inevitably forget the sound entirely. Often they will use this inborn ability for tricks and playing with other animals or people they meet, being quite fun-loving critters.
Physical Appearance
The Meensk are rather small creatures more rotund then a typical squirrel, small and stout. They have silhouettes that are almost like a frog’s figure, chubby rather than slim. The eyes of a Meensk are average for an animal its size, being able to be held within the hand of an average sized Frost Elf. The maximum size of a Meensk is around that of a mature bullfrog, weighing roughly in the same weight as well.
